Hotel lovely - breakfast good - a couple of things: lift is super slow and only one. If you use spa (pool etc) after complimentary session they charge 30 euros but should be FREE.

Cute little room with a sort of balcony, modern, great views, good block to outside sounds. Tight on space, small bathroom and a poop cupboard for a toilet. Enjoyable stay overall minus the little toilet.

Lovely rooms, nice setup for two rooms for us with teens. We even had a terrace outside our room. Staff lovely and the place was clean and tidy. A good breakfast spread each morning too. I’m blue down side was many floors and just one lift…

Shower area was very small not even room to move around properly. Toilet was so small, looks like it is so difficult to breathe if you close the door, very scary! Location wise fine for dining options and for train station. Overall my recommendation not to choose this hotel if you can find anything around.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. It was 8 steps from the metro exit at Gard de l'est making it super convenient for my train departure the next morning. Given the month of August and the many heat waves in France, the Air Conditioning was fantastic and made my sleep very comfortable. The exceptionally clean and updated room was in three parts making the toilet, shower, and sleeping area each unique and private should you be traveling with another person. I left my plug adaptor at the hotel by accident and a quick call to the front desk assured me that I could pick it up two weeks later when I returned to Paris. This is super helpful and I will see them and thank them on August 27th! I travel to Paris many times a year and will return to this hotel without doubt. I expect when the word gets out about this gem, it will be a very popular stay in Paris for many! (My train was very early. As such, I was unable to stay for breakfast but it smelled delicious as I walked by the preparation.
