Great stopover. Very convenient for central Catania and very friendly & accommodating staff. Rooms are standard size and in keeping with 3-star rating, and kept very clean. Very good bathrooms with lovely toiletries. Perfect pit stop. We had 3 rooms altogether and everyone was very comfortable and slept well.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming to my wife and I. The staff helped us reach tour companies in Italian and arrange for local transportation when we needed help doing so. We would definitely recommend this hotel to any visitors to Catania. They even prepared a room early for our return to Catania before leaving for the USA the next day.

Well-situated hotel near historic core of Catania
I had booked a tour of Sicily and Malta but wanted to arrive a day early to recover from the flight. I was exhausted from the travel so simply crashed when I got to the hotel. I did do a little walk around in the morning in Catania before checkout time. The hotel is perfectly situated just outside of the historic core of the city but all of the major sights are close by and it is very walkable. The room was quite comfortable and the breakfast was first rate. Though I made a wrong turn on my way from the Central Train Station to the hotel, it was actually very easy to find my way. The person at the front desk was very helpful and shared a great map of Catania that helped me quickly check out nearby sights.

This hotel is ideally located. Close to the main square and lots of lovely restaurants. It’s also very quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful especially when you want to book tours to mount etna. I highly recommend booking this as it is a great day out. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and there were lots of choices. My room on the first floor was ideal for a solo traveller. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit Catania.
