A clean and modern hotel by the train station. A fairly standard breakfast. The worst part was the internet access; it requires you to register and create an account. Having to do that after a long day is not exactly something you look forward to. On top of that, you get even more advertising if you accept their terms and conditions.

Hidden fees & poor customer service.

I arrived at 1:30pm having flown from the USA to Frankfurt and then taken a train. I was exhausted from jet lag. Staff said check-in was at 3pm and that I had to pay 25€ to check in early. I’ve never heard of such an absurdity. If the room is not ready, I understand, but if a room is available, it's a pure scam to charge extra to check-in 1.5 hours “early.” Avoid this hotel.

WLAN zu schwach, Bett viel zu weich für mich und die Frühstücksauswahl könnte ein paar vegane Varianten vertragen, aber das Personal war sehr freundlich, mein Zimmer ruhig und die Klimaanlage fantastisch. Am besten hat mir die wirklich saubere Dusche und die heiße Schokolade beim Frühstück gefallen 🙂
