You can't get any closer to the Pantheon. A large number of restaurants within a short distance. Breakfast, included in our stay, was across the street and very good. The room was clean. The only drawback was the small living quarters which did not match the more spacious photo advertised.

We had a wonderful stay with Simon and Francesca. They were so helpful arranging transfers for us from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast was very good from the cafe across the street. The room was very comfortable with a refresh every day. They restocked coffee pods and bottled water left in the mini fridge daily. Nice bath room space and we loved the little balcony space.

The deluxe suite has plenty space to have two big luggages. The breakfast was excellent and they let us leave the luggage while we enjoyed the last day and take the flight at night.

The property is nice and staff is very attentive and helpful, we stayed in the supreme room which is just a basic hotel room but it did have a nice balcony. I requested for my room to be serviced but they only made the bed and did not replace any towels. The location is only steps from the Pantheon, great restaurants, market and the taxi stand is on the corner.

Honestly, terrible value for the price. Would have much rather stayed at a real hotel. The self check in instructions included 2 codes, a safe, and walk through a dark hall (surprised I wasn't asked to click my heels three times)... the host/manager expected us to work around his time because getting in at 9pm was too inconvenient on the day of arrival. The AC worked, but not very well - which would have been helpful in 100 degree weather.

Anyone calling this property luxury suites is committing fraud. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had traveling. The entry was many levels and complicated. The room was bare the bathroom had mold on the floor and walls. Expedia needs to rid themselves of this listing. It’s an embarrassment. This guys idea of luxury is coffee and a Twinkie. If I could have found another hotel at that late of date we absolutely would have walked that property. Just awful!
