Very helpful staf, clean and comfortable hotel. Located very close to the U-bahn so you can explore the rest of the city. Although the trains passes by just outside the window it was quite in the room. The giant park outside the hotel was a perfect place to rest the feet after a long day of walking and experience Berlin. Breakfast was a great start of the day. Would love to come back some day.

I had a great stay at the Vienna house East. Staff was great and the hotel itself is super clean and totally has a Berliner vibe to it. train and subway is close enough, only a 5-10min walk :) Highly recommend it.

Breakfast was fine and as you would expect for a hotel like this with reasonable variety. AC did not work and apparently not working in any of the rooms. Room was clean and fresh and bathroom albeit small was really nice and shower powerful. I had two issues. 1) the WiFi was slow and because it was an open network the firewalls from my work laptop prevented connecting, and 2) Despite asking for my room to be cleaned daily it was cleaned only once during my 4 night stay

Enjoyed my stay with my family. Its a nice, well presented hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a nice selection of food for breakfast. The restaurant isnt open for drinks or dinner after the breakfast time. Our rooms was nice. Comfortable bed. I didnt notice that under the beds wasnt getting cleaned, but other than that everything was really good.

Location is not really on a walking distance from the city centre or the big sightseeing spots, but there is a subwaystation very close by or you could take the bus/rent a scooter or bike. Overall a very nice hotel for a city trip to berlin!

It was near lots of cafes and restaurants. BRLO Brewhouse a few minutes away. Park areas were close by. Not too far to walk to everything. There is a local train out the window but it didn’t make to much noise.
