The property is vety close to Rhodes, which is great. Also, the nature, weather and warm sea made the holidays very good. The hotel is quite old and the furniture as well, which is a bit disappointing. It could be cleaner in the rooms as well as the bedfong was cha hed only once in 10 days we stayed there. Face towels never and large bath towels once. Beach towels are changed every 3 days whereas in other resorts it is daily. Lots of the things there are to be improved but the staff was always very helpful and friendly.

Punching at 2 star, very filthy hotel!! The animation team were really good though!! Dining is till 9 pm however food is removed by 8.40, staff then come and feed themselves in front of guests at this time!! Not once I saw the dining area being mopped!! Every gin and tonic and beer tasted different!! The toilets at the water park were cleaner than the hotel. The location is wonderful it’s such a shame it’s let down!! We really felt sorry for the staff as they were getting complaints all the time and clearly trained to fob you off!! I do not recommend to stay here especially if your wanting to use the all inclusive food and beverage facilities.

Absolutely loved my solo stay here!

Absolutely loved my stay at Sunshine Rhodes. Stayed in a beautiful apartment, the resort was amazing, the food was the tastiest, the staff were so lovely and accommodating, it was the perfect, relaxing holiday break I needed! The only negatives for me was that the air con in the room was not available where they are turned off from October 1st, which didn't seem to be clear when I booked, but having the balcony door open at night sufficed. Secondly the residential houses surrounding the resort seem to all have dogs which all barked and howled frequently - one house behind Hermes apartment block had a very large, extremely fluffy dog who barked and howled frequently (who was probably just hot and in distress being left outside a lot sadly). So the external resort noises were sometimes a bit disruptive of the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort. Thirdly, would have liked to have seen more recycling bins around the resort for the plastic cups and straws that are given out for refreshments, but otherwise loved it!

You get why you pay for. The place hasn’t been updated since what looks like the early 90s. The food was ok but you’ll get a stomach ache after 1 day of the all inclusive meals. And the drinks will give you a hang over. I don’t know what I drank but it wasn’t wine that’s for sure.

i liked that i had a balcony and sea view. the people were nice and the activities they had for people.. i didnt like how they didnt have wall plugss for foreigners. The shower glass was short so the bathroom floor stay wet the beach was horrible full of rocks .. and they have no bell hop so you have to drag your suitcase by yourself to your room
