Great location. We were able to walk to Dotonbori/Ibisu area in about 10 minutes. We frequently used the 7-Eleven on the 4th floor. The laundry room was convenient but busy. We had corner rooms on a high floor and the views were great. We also loved the JR Namba Station/OCAT building just out the back of the hotel which has a grocery store in the basement as well as many shops and restaurants throughout the building. The hotel was in great shape and clean.

The location of this hotel was great. The rooms were clean and typical Japan size..I did like though that you could store carry on size luggage under the bed. The onsen was fantastic!!! It was great to have a 7-11 right in the building. The gym facilities were pay only. The move to touch less check-ins throughout our trip means no contact with staff. This was a little difficult in the morning when we were trying to navigate our way to universal studios..no concierge no front desk staff available but this was the only downside.

The hotel location was great. A great base to walk from Dotonbori and the train station to get you all around Osaka. The rooms were extremely small! Probably the smallest I've ever stayed in, but they are efficient. The menu at the restaurant is somewhat limited, but the food we ordered was good and the service was great. Having a 7-11 in the hotel was very convenient. Overall it was a good stay,
