I stay here on business trips because it's very convenient to my office. The room was not very clean. There was popcorn and other food crumbs between the couch cushions, dirt on the floor in the kitchen and food stuck on the silverware. The t.v. cables were unplugged and the concierge had to come up and fix them - she said housekeeping unplugs the all the time, which is a problem.
