Rooms were cleaned daily and more than what I expected. Eleanor at the front desk was VERY helpful in accommodating rides to and from the airport and down to the Colosseum.

8/10 Very good

The staff were tremendous! Day one there were Wi-fi issues that were later worked through. We booked two suites with exterior hot tubs, only to learn if people were on the upper terrace they could look down on you, so zero privacy so we never used. That was a waste of money.

We loved the beautiful garden on the property. Staff was amazing. We didn’t have any type of hand soap in our bathroom which seemed odd. Food at the restaurant was extremely good quality!

10/10 Exceptional

The first night, our AC auto fan was broken but they fixed it the next day. Room was nice with sofa bed for the 3rd person. Breakfast was the best with so many selections like fresh fruits kiwis, apples, oranges and watermelon. Bread , cakes, yogurt, eggs, sausages, bacons, cheeses, salami and so many different of coffees and teas selections. The chapel church was very quiet and nice. The spa was worthy to pay euro $15 and get robes, slippers and water for the 90 minutes time. The location is a bir far from central so expect to add 45 minutes time to your travel to Colosseum one way.
