Great value hotel/hostel

We rented the superior double room which was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Great value. Walking distance into Copenhagen city centre. The only catch being other guests whom might have slightly different ideas of what is acceptable behaviour in a shared space (i.e. not cleaning dishes after oneself, leaving used underwear in the shared toilet, not being dressed when going to the toilet etc..). But this is entirely beyond the control of the general manager.

Nice room

Clean room and apartment. The room is a bit small but comfortable. The TV didn’t work but we weren’t there to watch TV. Overall a good place to spend the night if all you need is a bed for the night.

The room was tiny, dirty and the shared bathroom was in practice a laundry with several washing machines and driers. The bed sheet was worn out, full of holes. I hardly slept 3 hours and checked out the next day although booked for 3 nights. The manager promised a refund of one night but claimed they couldn’t refund my credit card and asked for my bank details. I contacted their payment service company which said this was nonsense. My credit card company advised me to delete and renew my card on suspicion of fraud. I suspect this so called hotel is run by Bulgarian or Russian mafia and advise Hotels.com to investigate.

It was difficult checking in even following his directions. It was confusing and very impersonal. There must be a better way. No side tables next to bed. No hand towels in the bathroom. We have never stayed somewhere with a shared bathroom. It went better than expected. I would not choose to stay here again.

Udemærket backpacker hotel

Kommunikationen var lidt bøvlet da der stod at man skulle aftale ankomsttid med hotellet 24 timer i forvejen via kontaktoplysningerne i bekræftelsen, hvilket var begrænset til et amerikansk telefonnummer som ikke blev besvaret, Fin beliggenhed i en gammel lejlighed med små (6-8 kvadratmeter) værelser, som bestemt ikke var nyrenoverede, men der var rengjort. Der var gode faciliteter for backpackere og lignende i form af køkken og vaskefaciliteter. Det er bestemt ikke luksus, men det lever fint op til sine 2 stjerner og en ganske rimelig og konkurrencedygtig pris

Nette Unterkunft. Sehr helles Zimmer, Gardinen wären nett gewesen, dann braucht man die Vorhänge nicht zuziehen. Direkt am Bett gab es keine Beleuchtung.Habe nur ein Duschhandtuch erhalten, ein zusätzliches Handtuch wäre gut gewesen. In der Küche kann man sich einen Kaffee oder Tee oder ganze Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Im Bad wäre die Reparatur des Lichtschalters wünschenswert. Man ist schnell an der nächsten Metro, der Bus fährt vor der Tür ab. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Vistelsen va hemsk på alla sätt! Obehaglig stämning. Folk ryckte i en dörr när man låg och sov, väggarna va gjorda av papper så man hörde folk gå runt och harkla sig, hosta och allt möjligt äckligt. Vi skulle sova där 2 nätter men efter att inte ha sovit en blund den första natten så ville vi byta till ett trevligt hotell. Vi ringde då till ägaren som sa att han inte tänkte ge tillbaka några pengar för den 2a natten som vi inte skulle bo där och att vi mer eller mindre fick skylla oss själva som bokat detta. Under ALL kritik.

Charmigt

Lägenheterna som rummen ligger i har otroligt bra läge och charm. Rummen är inredda med mustiga möbler och mattor och har väldigt dålig luftkonditionering men det funkar att sova där med fönstret på glänt. Mycket roligare och mysigare än ett vanligt hotelll!
