The hotel is located in an industrial area of ​​a small town about 40 kilometers north of Milan. There are suburban parks nearby, but no restaurants or shops. However, it is convenient to travel to Milan and the lake district to the north if you have a car. It was very pleasant to stay at the Hotel delle Fiere because of the attention of the staff, especially the owner, who is a very formal and attentive person. I felt very comfortable and was able to enjoy the sunsets. Another facility is that it is close to the train station and I could get to Milan very easily.

I rented a room with two beds for two adults for 12 nights. But the beds were very small, I'm a woman with a medium size, but my brother is very tall and husky, he slept with his feet out of the bed ha ha ha. Other than that, breakfast was delicious, and the staff amazing. I'm not sure if I would stay here again because of the small beds, they were rather uncomfortable for my brother and for me.

The staff of the Hotel was very nice, friendly and polite. Unfortunately that was the only positive point to mention. I hope the owner has the means to turn the tide and turn the hotel back to it’s days of fame. It looks like a money issue, everyrhing old and broken.

Good value for money

Staff very polite and friendly. The barman was brilliant and made sure we were looked after. Breakfast included was a nice feature and the variety and quality of food was good. Corridors and rooms a bit tired and in need of carpet replacement and a lick of paint on the walls (too dark for such a great looking building. No duvet cover and no mattress protector what should be there as a standard but overall didn’t impact on our stay and we will for sure stay here again if we are in the area.

The staff was very helpful in trying to get us a shuttle even though it didn't work out and we ended up taking the train after all. we were very disappointed that the location is so remote and that there's no dining options nearby. We did find a decent pizza place and they were very helpful, but we were hoping for more options for food. It wasn't a horrible walk from the train, but still a bit of a walk. The room was very warm the entire time. If we hadn't brought a small fan, I don't think we could have tolerated it at all. Even then it was still pretty bad. The beds were comfortable though and the bathroom was just fine. It had all the amenities we needed.

What I liked about the property was the staff, including the cleaning lady. They were all very friendly and did a great job. What I didn’t like was the room and its cleanliness. The first thing we saw when we entered was hair on the bed. Since cleanliness is the most important factor for me, this immediately ruined the experience. Unfortunately, we had already booked three nights, so we had no choice but to stay, even though I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there. The rooms were spacious but very dated. The bathroom was huge, but for some reason it had a tiny shower cabin. There also appeared to be mold on the shower head. Overall, it felt more like a retirement home that had been converted into a hotel than a four-star property. On the positive side, they provide free toiletries and complimentary cold water in the minibar. However, I still think the hotel is overpriced. We paid €230 for three nights and stayed in room 206. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Clean rooms that had housekeeping while away. Hotel Del Fierre is secluded from bigger cities but is a good spot if looking for something cheaper. Train station is about a 10 minute walk. I would recommend if you don’t mind a walk. Good stay😊😊.

The place was ok, there were a few drawbacks like one had to go to the reception to iron clothes, they wouldn't provide iron in the room. And the breakfast was bad with very less options. My bathroom shower was broken and hence had to be held in hand.
