We had to leave early due to snow storm effecting flights but I wish we could’ve stayed longer and more days. The staff were so nice, always saying hi and bye when entering or leaving. The staff did a great job in accommodating us when there was an electrical issue with the hotel. However, this means that we could not book in until 7 pm without any compensation. The lobby looks lovely, and the check in processs was also nice. This is where it stops being nice. The rooms are not well kept, the wallpaper is peeling, the walls have a lot of dirt and scuff throughout the room and the main shared areas. The doors and walls are not soundproof, and you can easily hear every sound near you or in the hallway. Due to the electrical issue, the staff still had to do the cleaning that day, and this was at 9.30 pm at night. We heard the vacuum going for an hour and then them going into the spare rooms and cleaning them. We had to get new towels for our room due to the hand towels being stained. I would not be coming back to this hotel due to the experience I had here.

Great location to tourism attractions. Very short walk to Namba station and tons of eating bistro and restaurants. Staff was awesome and helpful. I love that they hold my luggage for 2 days before I travel to somewhere else. Maybe bc I stayed a few days before and a few days after.

Couldn't check in early unless everyone in room signed up for their rewards program on their phones, this took as long as waiting for check in so after 20 minutes we bailed and came back later. Once checked in we were given the room right at elevator and laundry vending room with no door very loud. We moved to a room down the hall and the refrigerator did not work and they tried to tell us it was working because the switch was on but it was hot inside. They brought a refrigerator from other room. We were given a washcloth at the front desk for each person in room, so bizzare. We hung the do not disturb sign on door and just enjoyed our vacay away from the hotel.

There’s a laundry service with a fee on the 11th floor with water dispenser. Cleaning of rooms is every other day. Difficult to operate remotes as it’s in Japanese. The doors of the loo are disgusting.
