I absolutely loved my 2 week stay at Hotel Porto Sol Beach. The staff were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel restaurant was delicious. The location right at the beach was really great and convenient since the hotel provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and tables. You could also order food from the restaurant while lounging on the beach! I highly recommend this option and would definitely stay there again. It exceeded expectations.

The room was trash with a dirty bathroom with mold. Dirty walls a dirty blanket and dirty chairs. This was brought to the attention of the hotel staff they did nothing. They were indifferent. The view of the beach is watch you are paying for as the room is basically a run down motel. They have a one towel per day policy for the pool and rooms so you need to find a way to dry them.

I was disappointed with the room as it seemed unfinished, some pars weren't painted with exposed cement all over and the closet seemed like it the doors were missing. Quanto ao quarto: Fiquei no apto 214, estava com bebé e quando chegamos no quarto, observamos que tanto o chão quanto os lençóis estavam com areia, ficamos com uma péssima primeira impressão, solicitamos limpeza e troca, a equipe nos atendeu prontamente. Depois notamos que a porta do banheiro estava fazendo muito barulho ao fechar, claramente precisa de manutenção pois o fechamento não está adequado, o item causou desconforto já que com bebé vc precisa de silêncio. Além disso, há um exaustor no banheiro que não estava funcionando (equipe do hotel tb consertou durante a estadia), o box com sinais de mofo e espelho com avaria. Cortina do quarto com mofo tb, se vc é alérgico m, definitivamente esse hotel não é pra vc. Apesar do quarto, tenho que destacar a equipe que nos atendeu, sempre com sorriso no rosto e hospitalidade. Tb tenho que destacar que a estrutura externa para criancas é ótima, praia bem na frente, playground muito bom com equipe de apoio, coelhinhos que podem ser visitados. O café tb é bom. No geral, nota 3

Entretanto alguns pontos podem melhorar. Precisa melhorar: - o atendimento na praia, em relação ao restaurante, quase não passam atendentes, obrigando os hóspedes a consumir dos ambulantes. - limpeza da piscina deveria ser diária (período do réveillon estava imunda) - redes sociais precisam ser atualizadas, são atualmente onde os clientes buscam informações e quase não há nada atual no Instagram. Mandei mensagem por direct pedindo informações sobre a ceia de ano novo e ninguém respondeu.
