We were upgraded to a high floor sea view room , beautiful sunsets with afternoon sun on the balcony. The food and drink were very good and reasonable compared to the bars out side. There is a lovely bay a few minutes away with a little marina and a bigger beach just round the corner from the marina. You can see the planes but that didn’t bother us , plus side to that is we were 2 stops away on the A2 public bus and under 3 euros, the holiday was to short and hopefully we will go back.

Couldn't fault hotel. Food especially good. Very neat to beach and away from touristy areas. Only downside is planes taking off every minute during day. But being close to the airport has its advantages as well. I'd choose to go there again.

Nice adults only hotel. There’s a good variety of options at the breakfast buffet. Not far from airport and the planes flying over didn’t disturb me at night.

really nice hotel and perfect location! 5 mins from airport and beach and close enough to palma city for a day trip. The hotel is lovely and the pool area great! . could do with a few more loungers as not enough for everyone and it can be become sunbed wars… The breakfast buffet had alot of choice and all tasty. only issue i had was the patrician between the balconies was very small and the guests in the room next to us were out smoking A LOT so i unfortunately couldn’t enjoy my balcony due to the gross smell as a non smoker . That’s the only negative i have as I really do recommend this hotel.

Great area, lovely beach as close by...which was good as we could never get a sunbed! There was a power shortage on part of the island which affected our hotel...having no electricity wasn't the hotel's fault, however how they delete with it was terrible...no toilet

I was not expecting this hotel to be as good as it was for the price ! In the heart as a base for all surrounding places to visit. Everything was easy getting about down to the staff helping you. The breakfast was plentiful , the spa and full size pool was excellent and all free of charge with a steam room gym and jacuzzi! The staff were outstanding in helping you out and even when checking out made it simple to still use all facilities untill departure time! Def return to this hotel outstanding!

8/10 Very good

We had a lovely stay at Hotel JS Palma. The location is great - super close to the airport, beach, and a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was spacious and very clean. I particularly loved the pools and the spa! My only minor criticism was the minimal non-meat/non-diary food options. There were a few, which were nice, but for a hotel of that size and within such a touristy area, I would have liked to see a bit more accommodation for those with dietary restrictions. That said, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

This hotel never fails to let me down. I’ve been twice for solo holidays and once for a girls trip and all three times have been gorgeous. If you are searching for the perfect solo holiday location I’d always recommend this one. It’s very close to the airport and easy to reach on the bus. It feels like a very safe area and even if you don’t want to leave the hotel because you’re solo there’s plenty to do like the various pools and spa. Even though I went at a very busy time of year I never felt crowded or unable to find a sun lounger. If you can’t get one there are lots of areas to sit and one soon opens up. I also can’t fault the staff, who are very patient and helpful. There were some times the wait at the snack bar and pool bar were a bit long but theres a wide range of cocktail and drink choices available. Highly recommend the vegetarian sandwich at the snack bar! This is a hotel I’ll come back to time and time again. The area is nice and quiet, and an abundance dance of beachside shops and bars and restaurants if you fancy mixing it up. Thank you again for a lovely trip.
