6/10 Good

Reception was only staffed until 22.00. One of the rooms was very warm and had no air conditioning. One of the towels had a stain. The breakfast buffet was great. Great central location. Easy and friendly check-in. No dog bowls for the dog in the room. This room had air conditioning but it was very loud and uncomfortable.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel is so friendly and comfortable. There is tea and coffee and cookies in the cozy lounge during the day, and a lovely little reading nook too. My 'small single' room was very well designed and furnished. The breakfast choices were numerous, with many fresh and healthy selections, plus some hot options. All of the hotel staff were warm and friendly, especially Meghna. The location is superb as well. Handy, and yet just off of the main street and pedestrian area. Bravo!
