Would not let us check in before 4, then had to wait until 4:30. The next morning housekeeping banged on our door at 10am, an hour before checkout. Morning Front staff very rude not to acknowledge me coming in and making me wait even though I was the only one in the lobby. Place needs updating and cleaning. Good location.

The hotel is in dire need of an update. The bed seems so old and was very uncomfortable. My feet stuck to the floors. The shower head was atrocious. I had to stand on the shower seat to get close enough to rinse my hair. Just grunge. $200. And it was like an $89. Room yuck

Bug spray smelled sour, empty condom wrapper at pool after cleaner walked by, cleaner blew dirt etc all in my face from balcony while i was in sun chair & he knew i was there, got into room last minute possible for them, fridge smelled every time it was opened, bathroom door didnt lock, room shower had no pressure, no one ever came to clean in 4 days-didnt even empty trash i set out door & i had to go to office for clean towels, crackheads everywhere, tv miniature, had to unplug phone otherwise made constant off hook noise

LEFT OUT TO DRY!
UNBELIEVABLE!... Arrived to check-in early at 3pm but was asked to return after 4pm. Arrived back at 7pm, as I walked in the lobby I overheard the front desk attendants talking about 7 rooms they just cancelled. When I asked to check-in, they realized mine was one of them. After they called the manager (off-site), they were not willing to give us a room at all. They said the manager wouldn't speak to me until to following morning. This was presidents weekend and all other hotels were booked. My family was left out to dry ... BEWARE!

Royal Inn Rocks (for those on a budget)
Royal Inn is THE place to stay if you're going to a concert at iThink amphitheatre and don't want to drive home, and you're on a budget .... or would rather spend your money on a concert t-shirt! ($40.00 !!!!) The place is quiet and feels safe, the pool area is actually excellent and there are soooooo many local dining options. I never ate at the restaurant on site, but it smelled so good that I plan on trying it next time. We did love that pizza hut is in a building on site, was easy to order and pick up our 🍕

Location for all things tropical paradise.
Its a great Inn located at the center of every event and venue you can imagine. Shopping Galore and Malls in every direction walking distance. Also a nice walking trail along the lake. A park across the street with every sport imaginable, Raquet ball, tennis, basketball, baseball and multiple fields for football, soccer, etc etc. Galore of variety for dining and fast food. Everything is walking distance. Its closer the the Equestrian venues than the beach but the ocean isnt far. 20 minutes tops driving. Equestrian venues require driving too. You just cant go wrong with this great value and accodations.
