I usually love staying here, but this time very disappointed.Had to wait almost 30 minutes for my room, and it kept being very cold even if they came to help me turn on the heat 2 times. At the end they brought in an oil heater, but with the cold air blowing out it was still too cold. Also the spa was full, so not able to book a massage. They were nice upon checkout though and offered me a free massage/spa treatment if I stay again, but I think I go for Roseate which has never disappointed me.

A top-class hotel with a great location and overall excellent service.One of the best marriott properties stayed at. Karan, the Assistant Front Office Manager, was especially welcoming and went out of his way to help he even assured me that breakfast would be packed as my checkout was very early. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen, and the team dropped the ball on that promise, which felt like a miscommunication rather than a lack of intent. Overall, a great stay let down slightly by this one issue, but I would still rate the hotel well and would consider staying again.
