Stayed for one night just to get some rest after a long car trip through Sweden. Great location and facilities. Our five year old loved the game room which had both pooltable, pingpong table and air hockey. Astonishing view from dining area. Food and breakfast was good.

Ok hotel - beware pool is not included.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool according to Hotels.com. Sadly, access to the pool was tied to the spa and not included in the room price. The price for this was a ridiculous thirty % on top of the room price. We just wanted to use the pool and were willing to pay a small fee but the staff was not flexible on this. I wish hotels.com would distinguish between hotels with the pool included and those who demand you pay extra.

Bokade en svit, rummet var rent men slitet, taklampan i badrummet hängde i elkablarna då den hade ramlat ner etc. Vattenkokare saknades och personalen bad oss hämta själva då de inte kunde. Enbart bistron som var öppen, ingen bordsservering.... Vilket innebar en kö vid baren på 20 minuter för att beställa. Obefintlig snöskottning utanför. Hotellet har bra potential men denna vistelse gör att man inte kommer bo här igen tyvärr.
