Breakfast is worth the money. Room is considerably spacious and clean. Pillow and bed are comfortable. Location is good too. Only issue is there are hundreds of rooms and it can get extremely crowded during breakfast hours and usage of lift.

6/10 Good

- Staff on the front desk were helpful. - Bar/restaurant area had a nice cosy atmosphere. - Rooms were clean but to a very minimal standard. - Room was very small for the price we paid and personally thought was not worth the money.

6/10 Good

Good location in Brussels, nice lobby and bar. The room I stayed in was facing onto the road, and it was very noisy with road works and early morning deliveries, the sound proofing of the room was not good.

10/10 Exceptional

We got a corner room which was slightly bigger than a standard Motel One hotel chains and this made our 4-night stay in Brussel a very comfortable and enjoyable one! There are also nice cafes nearby, where we had our breakfast. Having some chill time in the lobby with some drinks is also a very nice option that Motel One offers.

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent welcome from reception colleagues on arrival, clean room with just the right amount of space and amenities. Evening bar staff seemed a little disorganised, as the bar got busy, they served customers straight away as they arrived at the bar, rather than making previous orders already placed. Overall a great stay and would stay here again!
