The staff was excellent. Customer service is their most valuable asset in the resort. The resort itself is a bit run down and could use a lot of work. The bedrooms are very basic and the beds are super uncomfortable. There is no channels on the tv or room service which is a disadvantage for families with small children.

Only downside was, depending on which hotel you stayed at within the resort, you only had 1 buffet option to eat all for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beds were supper uncomfortable and tv only speaks Spanish with 2 channels. Otherwise, good experience
