Absolutely unacceptable experience. Not only did someone break into our hotel room during our stay—which is a serious safety concern—but the staff showed a complete lack of urgency and professionalism afterward. On top of that, I had to ask THREE separate times for extra towels and never received them. I eventually had to go out and spend my own money at Target just to have basic necessities. Between the security failure and the poor service, I would not recommend staying here to anyone. This place needs major improvements in both guest safety and customer service.
