I’ve stayed here a few times and this place is nice. The staff has always been helpful, my room always seemed clean. I haven’t tried the breakfast or used any facilities, but from what I could see, it was nice. I recommend this place, nicely located. About a 7 minute walk into town, trolley stops there, grocery next door, House of Pizza across the street has good food, Walgreens, Family Dollar and gas station/convenience store in good distance.

We stayed just one night as we went to a concert at the Opera House which was less than a mile from this hotel. Great location. Room was clean, nothing fancy but had what we needed. This was an okay stay for one night. The room was okay; it had been somewhat renovated recently. Very dated. It's still outside the village; it's more of a convenience to drive into the village, though they do have a trolley stop at the hotel. The breakfast is located in a different building on the property. The staff was friendly.

The room was decent. This is definitely an older hotel, but our stay was perfectly fine. The price was was excellent compared to the other hotels a bit closer to the harbor. The pool looked very nice, we just didn't have a chance to use it. The free breakfast was really good.

The room size was good and comfortable beds. But there was sewer odor coming up through bathroom tub drain that made the room kind of stagnant too. And the circulation system for the outdoor pool and hot tub was not functioning, which the desk clerk advised us of upon check in. That was disappointing.

The Flagship is definitely going to be on our next stay list. The pool was amazing especially for our very hot stay, not the usual Maine weather but the whole country was being hit. At least in Maine you could come outside without bursting into flames like the rest of the surrounding states. Staff was extremely helpful. It was nice to have the option of the continental breakfast, considering most of the other Inns don’t offer it anymore, especially for a family stay. Parking was perfect you pulled right up to your room to unload and park. The hotel room itself was clean but a little outdated.
