We booked three rooms for our family of six, but my experience was far from satisfactory.
On the first night, I was assigned to Room 104, which was right next to a noisy technical room. Because of the hallway layout, this room was noticeably smaller—at least 3 to 4 square meters less than the others. I asked to switch, and they moved me to Room 108. However, this turned out to be an accessible room. The bathroom layout, sink, and toilet were identical to a public handicap restroom at an airport, which completely ruined the vacation vibe for the rest of my three-night stay. I didn't bother complaining a second time since staff told me during the first move that the hotel was fully booked.
As for the facilities and service, the breakfast buffet lacked variety, and a few staff members had less-than-pleasant attitudes. On a positive note, the hotel environment was nice, the resort was never crowded, and the pool area was quiet with plenty of empty sun loungers.
Overall, a disappointing stay due to poor room assignments and inconsistent service.
