Friendly staff - the kind of standard you would expect in Thailand. Very conveniently located just beside One Nimman and Maya Shopping Centre with plenty of shopping, food and massage options around. Complimentary drinks everyday is a nice surprise. The only drawback is perhaps they don’t have a smart TV that allows you to stream from your mobile device and limited cable channels.

If you need discreetness the hotel has the elevators to the rooms situated where you don’t go through the lobby which I thought was a nice touch. Very comfortable bed and great shower. I’m from Texas! This is a great hotel in a safe popping location. The breakfast was solid and the rooms and room service was clean. Very close to the airport. Lots of amazing coffee shops and a food hall across the street. Some of the stuff around this hotel is a lot more expensive than most of chiang Mai; so just be aware. Highly recommended!!
