The staff were helpful and friendly having luggage storage pre check in was a great service, the hotel was in great location for our needs and maybe could have more signage about respecting people being a sleep when it’s late, the security of the lift having to tap your room key to use the lift helped feeling safe and secure would stay here again.

Good for the price in a City like London. We had a twin room and the beds were really comfortable we both had a good sleep. I got a late check out at 19:00 for 50% of the room price I paid , this was ideal for us. Staff were great at the reception and the housekeeping got us an iron quickly after asking and with a smile. Great location too
