Easy to get to, helpful transfer bus to and from Kawaguchi station and lovely rooms. The view of Mt Fuji from the bathtub is awesome! Overall a good choice to visit fuji. Great views and friendly helpful staff. The location is a bit remote and a car is advisable. 4th room was large enough for a family and views from room are good. Food is reasonably good but set menu style so works only if you are flexible on diet options. Hotel style is unique, a bit rustic and less modern but is ok and they have free wine every evening.
