You can smell the cigarette smoke in the room, they were not strict with smokers in the rooms, the smoke smell is bad and this also affects the safety of my family and there is no sound insulation between the rooms but overall is good. Excellent service (Harun specifically), extremely clean. The room was as described, the swimming pool was amazing. I would recommend staying here especially if you are spending time in and around this location (212 Outlet/ Mall of Istanbul) however if you want to go to the old town (Sultan Ahmet/ Hagia Sofia) then its a 8-10 minute walk to Mahmutbey metro and 45-50mins metro journey. The majority of amenities are available around Mahmutbey metro station. I would definitely book again.
