We loved having the pool and hot tub after a day of traveling-very relaxing. Staff were helpful with their recommendations about locality

Very nice views of Matterhorn from our room. Short walk, about 7 minutes from train station. Also very convenient for walking around the town and to different restaurants.

Excellent hotel and great indoors pool. Only downside, is that the location is a little to the opposite side of the town center, but since Zermatt is so small that wasn't a big issue.

The hotel has a modern lodge feel and the staff were so kind and helpful. The PeakFine restaurant was simply delicious and the staff were so attentive. We had the panoramic family room with an amazing view of the Matterhorn! This was the highlight of our trip to Switzerland. I definitely highly recommend this hotel and would come back in the future.

Had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler. Got a free upgrade to a double room with a view of the Matterhorn which was so special. Spacious and comfortable room. Spa access after a long hike the day prior was very needed. Staff were all very nice and responsive - I communicated my arrival time through WhatsApp and had to change my time. They got back to me with a confirmation and a porter was waiting at the train station for me. Staff member came to my room to show me how to turn on the hair dryer. Breakfast buffet had many choices. Will stay longer next time. Thank you for making my first trip to Zermatt so memorable. Will be back with friends and family.

Everything was great, Bcz of the lower temp, they don’t have air conditioning but they provided us with fans. Even if we were early, we got our room ready in 10 to 15 mins, staff were very polite and helpful. Food was great. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to family and friends.

10/10 Exceptional

We loved the SPA and Pool facilities. Our room (family room on two level) has an amazing view of Matterhorn from our balcony- especially at sun rise when it just glowed as if it was made of Gold. Room itself was large and clean with adequate facilities. Check in was straight forward too. Zermatt itself is a beautiful ski resort town. The hotel was in a great location near the railway station. The hotel offers a courtesy bus to pick or drop you at the railway station.
