The location is great. It’s close to the lake and about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. It’s new, clean and well designed. The service is good, the bed is comfortable and the food is very delicious. The pool is a little small.

Beautiful, modern hotel, fantastic spa with Whirlpools, pool and sauna facilities. Dinner was average as most items on the Buffet were baked dry by the heat lamps by the time we had dinner at 7:30. Breakfast was fantastic, coffee was great. Service by all members was great. Our air conditioner in our room did not work and temperatures were at 26°C in the room. Had to open up the balcony door to get some cooler air into the room. Woke up at 1:00am sweating!

A/c didn’t work throughout the night. Couldn’t sleep because it was so hot and humid. Told the front desk and he at first denied the problem saying he felt fine in the room (26 degrees although set to 20) and then told me there was nothing he could do about it. Had to plead with him to give mr a different room.

Stay away if you do not speak hungarian or german

This was our 5th stay in the hotel and it will be the last one. Hotel service and personnel went from Ok to terrible. Employees barely speak English and because of that they are trying to avoid any coversation. Alternatively they just speak to you in German like it is the same thing. As a result they can't and won't handle any issurs during your stay. Hotel marks as pet friendly offering dog beds, bowls and snacks. Nothing was provided even we asked several times for it throughout the and when asked at check out the only answer was wait we will bring it. Hotel rips you off on all charges as all the bills are converted to EUR and when you ask to pay in HUF they just convert the final sum.

Második alkalommal voltunk a szálláson.Első alkalommal csak pozitív véleményünk volt,most viszont nem minden tetszett.Mostwni tartózkodásunk alatt a szabánkban nem volt melegvíz csak langyos ,nem volt rendesen kitakarítva a fürdő mindenhol hajszálak voltak a zuhanyzóban ,vizkő.Az ablakot alig lehett kinyitni ,másik szobából áthallatszott a beszélgetés mintha a mi szobánkban lettek volna.
