Great location near Shin-Osaka station which is very convenient. Lovely, helpful staff and great amenities including two types of public bath. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Room was clean and decent size but was able to hear the noise of the trains but fully expected that given the location and ear plugs were provided.

ホテルは古いですが、リノベーションはしています。 新幹線側の部屋でしたが、私はうるさいとのコメント欄もありましたが、全く気になりませんでした。部屋の窓も2重にしてまで対策しており、エレベーターのリニューアルもしており、設備投資はすごくしております。 朝食はよくあるビジネスホテルとは全く違い、手作り感満載です。 また、朝食会場はシティホテル並みにテーブルをきちんとスタッフが見ており、飲食経験をしていた身からするとホスピタリティ本当に高いホテルです。 同価格帯のホテルであれば是非ともオススメいたします。

ここのホテルは新大阪駅から近く物凄く良くリピしていたのですが残念な点になったことが1つ 大浴場の温度が物凄く熱くなってて入れなかったことです！今までは普通に入れたのに去年の冬から物凄く熱くなってて今回は流石に夏だから多少はぬるくなってるだろうと思って今回も 泊まりましたが熱かったです しかも遠くから来てる＆LIVEだったので 疲れもあったからゆっくり浸かりたかったのに 残念でした😭２泊しましたがホントに最悪でした‼️でもご飯は美味しかったです まぁもうリピすることは無いです

初めての利用でした。

前から気になってたので初めて利用してみました。ツインルームでもお安く予約ができたので泊まってみたらとても広くて居心地が良かったです。普段温泉はあまり行かないのですが大浴場に試しに行ってみたらとてもよくて気に入りました。朝早いので朝食は利用しませんでしたが朝食メニューやルームサービスの焼きチーズカレーも美味しそうなので次は食べてみたいと思います。ホテルスタッフのみなさんとても愛想もよくて気持ちよく利用できました。
