My room was immaculate, lovely and clean, facilities were very good, breakfast was really nice with lots of variety, perfect location for all terminals at Heathrow, if I had to say anything negative I would say that the room I was allocated was a long distance from the lifts having to drag heavy luggage, next time I will request a room closer to the lifts, all in all a great stay.
