The place was clean, the breakfast was great, the free Wi-Fi was fast, and the staff were helpful. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and welcome. It’s a great place to stay if you are traveling on budget to Frankfurt. Easy and fast ride to the center. Nice and clean lobby/lounge area. Rooms are ok, but all depends on your “mates”. The size of the room and the water pressure in the shower was great. However, I am pretty glad we didn’t have a blacklight because there were enough creepy marks all over the walls, I shudder to think what wasn’t even visible. Check in was a nightmare. They have self-service kiosks with 1 employee. None of the kiosks worked right. The front desk lady refused to check us in. Probably the longest it’s ever taken me to check in to a hotel

The room was super confortable and clean! I had a really great time in this hostel. Unfortunately, the staff working at the reception wasn’t the most efficient and check-in was a bit chaotic for a lot of people in my room (they forget to give you the bedsheet, you don’t get an assigned bed number,…).

A bit away from city center but quiet area. You can find lidl within 5-min-walk distance, and there are two bakeries which is walkable. Everything was good for me especially cost effectiveness. But the some of bed covers were not properly in place, so guests should cover them by themselves.
