Exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Upon check-in, they upgraded my room for free and the Atelier Junior Suite was so beautiful and spacious. Really made for a relaxing stay. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is spic and span, and the staff spoke great English and were always so helpful. Location-wise, Hoehyeon Station is just a few steps away, so it was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again next time.

I was admittedly unaware this was an "elite" hotel in terms of amenities offered, but everything about this place is excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful... they have a waiting area prior to check in and promptly find you when the room is ready. The mattresses are absolutely divine, it was easily the best sleep I have had in months. It is close to multiple train stops, and its central location in Myeongdong put it almost equidistant from the night market and the Namdaemun markets. I was also able to easily access the DMZ Tour I had signed up for via a short walk.
