A large very busy hotel but extremely efficient methods in breakfast room even at busiest times and most efficient lift system i have ever seen. The sky bar does get very busy though understandably with it's great views from 27th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff too in all departments. Hotel in a good location with good public transport including 001 free bus nearby. Highly recommended.
