"We were greated by staff as we arrived several hours before check in, we were able to leave our luggage and walk about the city. Once we returned our luggage was already delivered to our room. The room was clean and they had a gift for us as we were there to celebrate our anniversary. We were very pleased"

"The Alessandra is very close to all the sights. The staff was very friendly. It’s located in an very old building, so you need to be able to walk 2 flights of stairs and then there is a tiny elevator that takes you to the hotel level. The breakfast was really nice and some items varied day to day(the savory item and desserts) otherwise there was proscuitto, cheese, musli, yogurt, croissants and a great coffee machine with all possible options!"

"Overall, very pleased with the property. It was centrally located, clean, VERY nice/pleasant staff and they were very helpful. Only thing that dropped it from 5 to 4 stars was the lack of AC (can't run it until summer apparently, wife doesn't like sleeping in heat...so that made her a bit grumpy). So the room was warm. Got the window open on second night, but had a room on the street and without the double windows, it did get loud (earplugs made it ok). Other than that, I'd definately recommend"

The staff is so incredible, helped us get our very heavy luggage up the stairs, provided a map and spent time with us marking out all the best places to go nearby. It is also a great value for the money, I would definitely stay here again."
