"Restaurant service was poor. Bars were rarely open. Water dripped onto the carpet from the air conditioner in the ceiling of our suite. Staff was not friendly or helpful. "
"The hotel as crowded. Could not even use the elevators without waiting in line for 30 minutes. Rude staff that enforced crazy rules like not being able to take to elevator to the ground floor. They had someone actually stopping guests in a rude and obnoxious manner. The pools were CROWDED to an unhealthy degree and the water was ….well you can imagine. "
"The room and property was clean. Staff were friendly. I didn’t get the complementary wine. The beach was across from the hotel which is a plus I had a view of rut beach from my room. The location is perfect and there is hys access to Lincoln road and other places! The only thing I dislike was the lunch and dinner choices serve at the restaurant in the hotel. I think the menu need to be revamped a bit. But there are lots of other choices in the area "
"Well, I’m gonna start with the staff. They’re all so friendly and great. When it’s called the Marriott Cadillac 1940s it’s because it was built in the 1940s. We had a penthouse or the 13th floor which they’d rather not call it room with a huge deck attached to. It appeared very nice, but there was lots wrong with the room very old has not been taken care of well. Two elevators lead to the main tower. One of them went bad for a day they were able to get it fixed feasibly fast. We had an evacuation one night at 3 o’clock in the morning and then the alarm kept going off for another hour and a half. I woke up the following morning after a storm to water leaking in my closet. My clothes got wet shoes got wet. I had to move to another room, which was much smaller not what I paid for. They did comp me $300 for the night but in reality it did not cover my aggravation. I’d love to go back not sure I will. the people are really great. "
"Bar was great, beach was ok. Bunch of large bolders/rocks on half the beach.
Some of the staff seemed that they didnt want to be there.
Had to cut our stay short and after making flught arrangements, we checked out 40 min after check out time and they did not refund us for that night that we didnt stay. They had plenty of time to clean the room and sell it for that night.

"It is a big problem when it is raining, they close the beach, the bar gets wet, everybody leave the pool and the gazebos, etc. it would be great to think about a better way to solve the problems when it is raining (roof cover, etc.) "
