Host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly too. Location a little outside the centre but only a short walk to everything and plenty nice cafes on the route into town. Room clean, excellent shower.

We stayed in the ground floor apartment with a bedroom and a sofa bed which I slept in. It was a great place for a single parent with two children. The two shower rooms were a blessing as was the kitchenette which helped keep breakfast and lunch at low cost.
The staff supplied advice, coffee and a few cables/plugs.

The hotel is amassing, down side the bar closed at 9:30pm and the pool at 8:30
The botells of water in the room should be offered for free on a daily base and not just on arrival.
Rooms are large, big bathroom, very clean and air-conditioning... very important when its 39c outside.

Stylish hotel, a refuge away from the crowds while being well located to travel to several beaches and the old town. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Would definitely return.

You need to have a car to drive into Arcachon and the surrounding bay as there's nothing in walking distance. But if you have a car - this is perfect. Clean. Good breakfast. Quiet. Free parking. Excellent.

Room was very clean. Staff were on the whole very helpful. Our only niggle was that we had paid for a late departure so that we could sleep a little longer and somehow the message had not got through to the cleaning staff and we were awoken 3 times by cleaners wanting to come into the room - in spite of me explaining each time that the room was booked for late checkout. Needless to say we did not get our extra sleep.

Excellent hotel, friendly welcome from the reception staff. Absolutely spotless throughout. Puts some of the bigger chains to shame. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel in lovely and obviously caters for the ‘Up Market’ clientele that they get given the proximity to the fashionable town of Biarritz, however Breakfast was not included and cost 26€ each!!!!! Far too much for a continental breakfast with additional hot items extra! Also be aware you are right next to an airport and will get occasional jet noise (not that busy though.

All-round lovely hotel in great location, but the real stand-out thing was the helpfulness of the staff. I’d been hoping to charge my EV overnight but arrived to find the car park full and charging spaces taken. They went above and beyond to help - advised me where to park overnight and arranged free late checkout and charging for me the next morning so we could easily continue our journey. The kitchenettes are great too, and dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were delicious. I would...
