I would call this Hyatt a true 5 star hotel.
Magnifecent facilities and a breakfast which truely does not leave any wishes unfullfilled. The staff is realy comitted and one can feel that they love what they are doing. Only 2 things to improve dear Hyatt : Dont let guests wait till 3 pm to check in only because your rules say u can. Secondly dont insist on a ridiculously high deposit from guests who paid already advance.

Good location. Executive club staff & facilities recommended. Pool area excellent. Only downside is that contractors have left floors and windows in a poor state. Nasty dirty streaks on most windows and adhesive stains on tile floors makes floors look as if they are ready for a refurb. not just 6 months old. Such a shame as this is not the fault of Four Seasons.

The hotel was great. Breakfast had excellent choices for everyone, we stayed 4 nights and had different items every day. Location suited us very well, next to main Chinatown area, plenty of restaurants, though mostly chinese of course! Walked to some sights, and Grab very reasonable to get around further. We'd recommend, and definitely stay again.

We were rather concerned when we arrived and the hostel was in the middle of Petaling Street Market but remarkably we heard no noise from it at all. Our private ensuite room was minimalist but spotlessly clean. The aircon worked well and the room was equipped with a kettle, water, coffee, a hairdryer and two pairs of disposable slippers.our shower worked perfectly. In the communal/community area, there was a board with events listed. There was a karaoke night the evening we arrived. There is...
