"Wonderful stay! My partner and I’s second time at this hotel and it was an even better experience than the last. Beautifully accommodated us with early check-in, as we reached the hotel almost 4 hours prior to the check in time. Rooms are extremely clean, fresh and inviting. Rooftop hot tubs are always a treat with the mountains as the perfect back drop. Hotel restaurant is exquisite, highly recommended trying their breakfast menu. Staff is warm and friendly which makes it feel like home. 20/10 experience and look forward to booking another stay with the Otter!"

I’m sure it says that somewhere when booking the room however, you expect there to be one like every other hotel and especially for the price. Overall, I would still recommend chucking this place out. The hot tub was very cool. "
