    A summer evening in Aarhus can certainly be spent at Tivoli Friheden, the town’s very own amusement park. Originally, this was a people’s park, and it is located in the northernmost part of the large Marselisborg Forest (Marselisborgskoven), about half an hour walk from Aarhus Central Station (Aarhus Hovedbanegård). Here, you can go on roller coasters, Ferris wheels and other fun rides, and you can admire the park’s gorgeous flowers.     Tivoli Friheden is also open for Halloween and Christmas, where the park is decorated with pumpkins and a horror motif or sparkling Christmas lights, trees and baubles.
