Great hotel. Room is very spacious. Wonderful staff highly recommended. Your own plunge pool. Very relaxing. Some entertainment in the evenings. Great food.

Very nice, big rooms, loved the pludge pool! We stayed for 7 nights. Very good food and good variation in the menu.

La camera con la piscina è molto scenica ma se sei al piano terra rimane sempre all’ombra. La piscina comune è un po’ triste con la qualche lettino in plastica lasciato in acqua e che si deteriora. La pulizia delle camere lascia un po’ a desiderare. Non tanto perché avviene ogni due giorni lì, quanto perché è molto approssimativa. Siamo entrati con due capelli in bella vista sulle piastrelle della doccia e ce ne siamo andati dopo una settimana con gli stessi capelli ancora li. Mangiare così così ma difficilmente mangi molto meglio sull’isola. Staff cortese e disponibile sono l’aspetto più apprezzabile. Location sperduta e lontana da tutte le spiagge più belle. 1 ora circa per Fryes Beach. Serve assolutamente la macchina.

Maintenance was lacking, view from lower level garden room had poor landscaping, not a lot of nice plants, could see random pipes, people doing things (so wasn't private), staff was not friendly and acted like we were bothering them. No smiles from staff, except from one male bartender that was nice. Food lacked variety (only two choices for dinner starter and mains). Food lacked quality (chicken option was two small chicken only skewers, a little rice that was not good and some odd tasting vegetable garnish. Coke and Diet Coke didn't taste like Coke and Diet Coke. Female bartender would put a small amount of the drink she was making into her palm and then lick it to taste it, then not wash her hand and serve the drinks, but they still didn't taste good. Some seating cushions were torn and old. No beach on-site, but there was boat service to a location that had a beach. Room had no door for the shower but had a shower door for the toilet. TV would not play any shows, so just read my book. Plunge pool was crazy cold so couldn't use it, probably because no sun hit the water. Some weird moist film under the plunge pool pad. No signage at the gate to tell you that you were at the right place. You had to walk down stairs to see the room numbers of the lower rooms. Good thing I got the room half price on Hotels.com, or I would be really disappointed, I know now why they were half price. Not sure how this place gets decent reviews, it was sad.

We came to Antigua to celebrate my birthday and stayed here for the week. The dock was probably the only thing worth raving about as it had a nice view of the bay. The resort is very far and tucked away. If you want seclusion, complete silence and darkness by 8pm, this is the place for you. There is nothing, absolutely nothing to do in this area past sunset. Their pool closes at 6pm and their bar is supposed to be open at 10am but there’s usually no one there. The front desk staff are no where to be found when you need them (we couldn’t even check out since no one would be in until 9am) we used the same wet beach towels for days because they “ran out” and I personally feel beach towels should be something you always have stocked given that you are a beach resort? There is no room service. And they give you one bottle of water during your entire stay, in which they ask you to keep and refill at the lobby. The food was okay. You had to make reservations every morning for lunch and dinner otherwise, you wouldn’t eat. There were a lot of ants in our bed and I was bitten up every night. One of their kayaks has a hole in it so be careful if you use one. Luckily we didn’t sink in the middle of the ocean. Overall, the staff were unhelpful and unpleasant. Everyone acted like we were a bother and the only person that ever smiled and had a good attitude was Maxine. For the amount money that we paid to stay at this “all inclusive” resort, it was not worth it at all. Wouldn’t recommend

Room was exceptional. It was such a nice touch to leave us an anniversary message on our bed! Priceless! We did feel like it was slightly inconvenient that there was not always someone at the front desk. We had to find someone a couple of times. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would recommend to anyone!

The room was lovely, however they only did housekeeping every other day. Towels were limited because of this. Food was limited and menu was limited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you missed any of the times to eat you would not be able to eat as the place is very secluded and there was no way of traveling out unless you booked a taxi 24hrs before. The staff was pleasant but could be more hospitable and helpful. If you asked questions the answers were very limited and didn’t really help much. Another issue was that the concierge service was only available for certain hours. If you had a question or perhaps emergency past 5pm you won’t find anyone to answer questions. Overall views were beautiful and pool attached to the room was very nice.

Food and Services horrible resort also is way to far out takes 45 mins and $90 USD to get everywhere.. Best thing about that place is 1 waitress named Maxcine very good at her job everyone else is non social and not friendly.

The staff were great and nice, food excellent, the room was cleann with everything that we needed. Its just unfortunate thet there is no room service or after hours services. But other wise i had a SUPER GREAT time at the resort.

The resort is very bland. For an all inclusive, it’s too limited. Bar & food ends at 9pm, forcing everyone to go to their rooms early since there’s nothing else to do. Definitely needs more staff members working different positions and not have waiters busy moving around from bar to food. The pool there was clean the first night but then realized they did not clean It for the rest of the weekend every morning like they should. Place has potential but it’s very restricted. Needs activities and to loosen up their time with the bar and restaurants. The menu also needs to have little more options.
