The Sphere Serviced Residences Managed by HII

What I liked about our stay: - Room was spacious - A/C's on good condition - Breakfast was very good. Loved their pastries! - Staff are helpful and polite. - Location wise, it is very near to restaurants, malls, parks What I disliked: - Check in was at 3PM, but still, the room was given pass the said time. - Lobby and hallways have warm temperature. - Pool has too much chlorine, you can smell it even if you're not in the pool; no lifeguards/attendants - No bellman; their security guard was the one who brought our bags to the room - Kitchenette has inclomplete amenities (i.e: no knife and chopping board, table rag) - Shower area has no shower curtain (at least) as this is open through the toilet, while you shower, water splashes everywhere and can cause even the toilet area to get wet.

Recommend this place to friends...we would love to be back.

Check in time is 2pm but and we were there 12 nn hoping they can accommodate us earlier but 3 pm and still room is still not available.. have reserved weeks before. DISGUSTINGLY AWFUL!!

The front desk personnel were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I think they should invest in shower curtains or something, as the half glass causes water to soak the bathroom floor during every shower. Aside from that, the room, service, and location are excellent! Check out Blackbird just across the park for exquisite food!
