Ups and downs
It was good until we had snow and wouldn’t let me borrow a snow brush. They made me buy a brush. In the dining room for breakfast Sonia was terrific.

AC didn't work properly
My boyfriend and I stay at this hotel whenever we come visit my family. It is beautiful and very clean. They only thing I was disappointed in was we had a hard time adjusting the temperature of the room and couldn't keep it cold. We were constantly waking up too hot.

Great spot for a quick weekend
Our bartender, Eddie was wonderful! Super fun and on top of everything. Dinner at the restaurant was good - service was a bit slow and our chicken sandwich was a tad dry however. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean. All employees we ran across were friendly and offered a smile and hello.

This is a private comment for the hotel staff (not meant to be a public review): One tip for the hotel managers: We enjoyed the breakfast buffet one day during our stay. The food was great, as was the setting/ambience. The one thing that deterred from that experience was the waitstaff. There were no fewer than three circulating around the dining area. At least one of them interrupted my party every 3 minutes (no exaggeration) to see if we are ok, if we need anything, more coffee, etc etc. I put my last fork of food in my mouth and hadn't even chewed it before my plate was cleared. RELAX A LITTLE BIT!! My party actually struggled to maintain our conversation due to the frequent interruptions. I acknowledge their wish to be attentive but this was so much attention, it actually deterred from the experience. It was annoying. I didn't return to the restaurant during my stay.
