The Rosen inn was a good place for our family. Very close to the OCCC, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. It is a bit on the older side and could use some updates. Our room was nice, nothing special, but was good for the small amount of time we spent there. I was disappointed with some aspects of the customer service. But like many places, I think they may be short staffed. My biggest frustration came when the front desk told my daughter that security would let her in the room and then security proceeded to basically interrogate my daughter even when she showed them ID. She was still standing outside the room trying to convince them to let her in when I arrived to let her in and watch the tears run down her face. If you aren't going to let her in, fine, but then have her wait in the lobby until I'm back; don't send her to the room to be questioned by to grown men who don't believe any of her answers. Frustrating. All that said, I would consider staying here again if the situation was right.
