Good hotel
The hotel: was good, me and my kids stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel had a good hot breakfast. The area was great, plenty of shopping to do. The room: the sink was dripping , the extra tv wouldn't work well. Room service: they didn't make the bed 1 night that I stayed.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The location was great. It's right off the highway AND right next to a new outlet shopping mall. At check in the attendant was super friendly. The room was very clean and the A.C. worked great. The hotel is pet friendly. I didn't have a pet and I didn't hear any barking ,but I saw several people with pets. The courtyard and indoor pool area were really nice (I didn't have time to check out the gym) Lastly breakfast was great. It was the typical (cereal, pastries, eggs, sausage, grits, waffle maker, and French toast sticks), but there was an attendant there the entire time and he did a great job of stocking and keeping the food fresh. Honestly my ONLY qualm is that they only had sugar and sweet n low, no splenda or equal. But overall it was a great stay and I will DEFINITELY stay there again.

When we returned to the hotel @ 5:00, our room was not done. My husband went and got some clean towels after saying not to worry about cleaning the room. He called later for a few more towels but they never came. He had to go down again to get them. We love the location and have stayed here before. Hopefully it will be better next time

Beds were comfortable, suite was large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, food in the dining area and at breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately the pool was off limits which was disappointing. Also our bathroom was in need of an upgrade - cracked toilet, discolored tub. We were only there for a long weekend so we managed, but we probably would have switched hotels if our vacation was longer.
