The pros:
-Checkin staff was very helpful
-Room and hotel were clean and comfortable. Great atrium area where we could eat in
The cons:
-Curtains in our room were broken, so we couldn't darken the room at night. Once we put enough force to get the curtains down, they wouldn't go up, so we couldn't get light during the day
-Thin walls- could hear the TV all night from the room next door.
-Pool and gym regularly out of towels. asked them to replenish and they said they couldn't, because they were all in the wash. So our kids would just have to walk dripping from the pool back up to the room.
