We arrived on Friday August 20th, checked in, and I knew something wasn’t right. The room was not as described and it was very dirty and falling apart. We had booked a Luxury Room, and this was not that. I called the number to the office and discussed it with Gavin. He gave me a hard time at first, then realized it was their mistake and we were in the wrong room. He said there was nothing he could do for that night, but could move us to the right room the next day. He also said that night would be free, due to their mistake. I was VERY frustrated and upset as I have two small children and this was not the place for them. We moved to the new room the next day and it was exactly what we were hoping for, and exactly what we had booked. I called Gavin and said we wanted to book another night, he said that was possible, and made it happen for us! We checked out Monday August 23rd and we had the best time.
