Poor condition and services
Check-in process is slow, long line and very expensive early check-in. Given most airlines arrive to the island before or around noon, way before regular 4pm check-in time, the hotel does take advantage of that and charge people for $75 starting around 1 pm! Rooms are not clean. The bathtub is dirty. Shower head is loose and half broken. There was nasty noise coming from upper floor every late night and morning. We told the staff twice but they did nothing. The elevator system is very dumb, super slow , annoying. Bunch of people are forced to share a tiny elevator while other elevators are unused at a time! We had to pay extra per night to stay at so called a better tower with better condition per staff recommendation but it was not worth it. No water was offered at the room or at surrounding by the hotel! I would never stay at this hotel.
