This hotel is all excellent (including food quality at their restaurant), but it is not too “friendly” as there is not even a complimentary bottle of water as with most other hotels. Everything comes with a price (asking me whether I want to upgrade to suite or delux, etc at a certain rate). It is not too “friendly” as it is too commercial and gives a feeling that it wanna look for every opportunity to earn more money from you, albeit with nice manners and on entirely voluntary basis. Well...perhaps that’s Milan. All in all, hotel is excellent and will come back.

Modern, beautiful and Very pleasant hotel, very good location for central rail station, very friendly staff, except for waiters at breakfast, I suggest to have the coffee maker on the buffet area so everyone can have coffee to their own taste. The rooms are great, hotel smells wonderful, fitness center is open 24h and there are a couple of mac computers available to guestsas a “business centre”.

This hotel is wonderful!! So conveniently located next to train station and great restaurants. The rooms are very spacious, clean and newly renovated. Service is very good and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
