Pullman Miami Airport

Hotel is beautiful - great free shuttle to Miami Airport and Dolphin Mall - outdoor pool is fabulous- reception staff not very friendly and hotel restaurant awful.

Very clean and professional

Our stay was short and sweet, we had a 12 hour layover in Miami and this hotel was perfectly located right by the airport. We got to go rinse off, change, and take a short Uber ride downtown for dinner before sleeping in the comfiest king sized bed (after sleeping on stiff mattresses in Central America it was a real blessing) before catching another Uber to our early morning flight connection back home. The hotel had great amenities, a beautiful pool we did not get to use, and a great view of the city. Highly recommend.

Stayed away from this hotel , i have never seen such a bad service and I will tell you why. Queen beds are very small and uncomfortable, the rooms were built very close to each other so as soon as we entered the room the neighbors started complaining of us "making too much noise", we got woken up around midnight with some automated marketing call to get Starbucks coffee so the only way to guarantee a peaceful night was to disconnect the phone so we went ahead and did that , also when i checked in the night before i was told my booking had breakfast included but the next morning i m being told is not and that i have to pay extra per person now for breakfast. The worst part is that when i went to the lobby to raise these concerns to the front desk guy , who is on training right now by the way, couldn't bring me a manager that i could speak to because the manager wasn't at the hotel at the time? shouldn't hotels have always a manager available? i can't wait to leave this place , my wife is almost 9 months pregnant and we came here to find a time of relaxation but we definitely wasted our money by coming to this hotel who doesn't care about their customers.
